2. Select a Featured Game & Play During Mega Drop Hours
   
   • Launch one of the featured games during Mega Drop Hours and start playing.
   • Mega Drop Hours: 4:00 pm – 10:00 pm PT
3. Opt In & Activate the Mooncake Mega Drops Widget
   
   • Accept the Terms & Conditions in the pop-up window to activate the Mooncake Mega Drops Widget.
   • Once you opt in, you’ll be eligible for the entire promotion.
   • If you select "Opt Out", you won’t be eligible to receive a Mooncake Mega Drops prize.
4. Play Featured Games & Watch for a Mooncake Mega Drop!
   
   • The Mooncake Mega Drops Widget will display the total number of prizes remaining and the amount of time left to participate that day.
   • Prizes will be randomly awarded to eligible players actively playing featured games.

Prizes will continue to drop during Mega Drop Hours until all 60 prizes available that day have been awarded.

Winners will receive their prizes directly in their PlayNow accounts upon refreshing their screen or spinning again.

Please note it could take up to three business days for the opt-in pop-up window to relaunch for your account.

No. Once you have opted in to the Mooncake Mega Drops promotion, you do not need to opt in again. If you open a featured game during the promotion period, the Mooncake Mega Drops Widget will automatically launch during Mega Drop Hours.

If the Mooncake Mega Drops Widget awards you a prize, a win message will appear on your screen. You can tap to reveal your prize. Upon refreshing your screen or spinning again, your prize will be automatically awarded to your account.

Yes. Mooncake Mega Drops prizes are awarded randomly, so it is possible for the same player to receive more than one prize during the promotion.

No, there is no minimum spend requirement. Prizes will be randomly awarded to eligible players actively playing a featured game during Mega Drop Hours.

Congratulations! Your prize will be awarded directly to your PlayNow account upon refreshing your screen or spinning again. Please only contact PlayNow Support if you have not received your prize after four business days.

No. The Mooncake Mega Drops promotion does not affect gameplay on the featured game you are playing. You are still eligible to play and win within the featured games themselves. Any winnings directly from a featured game do not impact your opportunity to receive a Mooncake Mega Drops prize.

Once all 60 prizes available for that promotion day have been awarded, the Mooncake Mega Drops Widget will turn off for the remainder of that day.
